Lancers 10 Mustangs 24

Mustangs get a victory here as they come out of the gate strong.  Lancers make a good show of it but the Mustangs punish them throughout the day.

Vipers 7 GV 6

Vipers offense does just enough to get the W in this one.  GV defense keeps this close but a missed conversion sends Vipers on their long road home with a W

Diggers 16 Guardians 14

Close game here but Diggers escape with the W

Oilers 24 Warriors 17

Both teams come out firing on all cylinders and it is a hard hitting affair.  A late score off of a turnover seals the game for the Oilers

You have a crystal ball that tells you when a turnover will happen to change the course of the game?

This is what I have:

Vipers @ Snowdevils

Vipers make a long trip to Montana, have trouble getting their momentum. The Snowdevils squeak by at the end for the W.

Vipers 14 Snowdevils 17

Oilers @ Warriors

Warriors try to make a big impact on the leage and start off with a W, but Oilers' experience is too much for them

Oilers 21 Warriors 14

Guardians @ Diggeres

Guardians are trying to use their win last year as a building block, but in the end the size of the Diggers and their speed are too much for the Guardians.

Guardians 3 Diggers 14

Lancers @ Mustangs

Lancers come out strong but just not enough to hand the speed and the strength of the Mustangs.

Lancers 7 Mustangs 24

So pretty much you made the same exact picks with the exception of the Vipers game? Hmm, way to be different! :)

Did you really expect me to pick the Guardians over the Diggers or something? The game outcomes he put I was mostly in agreement with, but I think the point spreads were too close for some of them.

Easy... All home teams win

***Lancers at Mustangs

Lancers suck, fired their best player/leader/owner (savior?). New Lancer owner is always M.I.A. I wonder if any team outside Idaho even knows his name
They do have a cool logo though... But not as cool as the Chrome Mustangs

Mustangs Win by default, that and they are the BEST team in AA..... Tommy B smiles with gratification because Lancers are less than nothing without him. Go TOM yourself Lancers
If Lancers score they should feel pleased
Mustangs 35 Lancers 0

***Guardians at Diggers

According to the podcast Gem state's owner had no clue who it's QB would be. But hey, does that honestly matter when you have the coolest colored jerseys in the league? New team motto "Losing by 50+ with style since 2012"
Honest question to Gem state. Did you guys really ruin your $200 a game relationship with Caldwell H.S because you guys can not control yourselves in the locker room and constantly broke things. I'm sure every team in the RMFL would kill for that price at home.

Diggers are going to own this game- by halftime- with their back ups- just in time to get back out and dig up some sugar beets. YUMMY
The Guardians have seemingly practiced litterly every week since their first season, but it isn't helping them at all.........AT ALL
Diggers 40+ Guardians 0

*** Oilers at Warriors

What a joke game. Both Warriors and Oilers players tried to "Tom" (replace) their Owners, Oilers succeeded and brought in another "M.I.A. Owner" who never is around and has had most his guys quit on him. But that doesn't matter when your power ranking is #2.......... Good luck with your 19 players and 4 lineman. BRING BACK LEE!!!!!!!!!

Warriors failed in replacing owner but had their head coach quit 2 weeks before kickoff. (losers) That's always a good sign for a sports team, especially such a consistently crappy one.
They did crush a Wyoming team that held the Sting and Oilers quite closely, but come on, its still Wyoming. WYOMING... Word is that Elko found an old man offense to match their old man defense. Kyto hurry use your knowledge and go save those guys in Elko since you are stuck there. "Elko Shock 2015"

Warriors 14 Oilers 13

*** Vipers at Snow Devils

Vipers are the most well put together and prepared team this season, just ask them. Oh and discipline is NOW installed, so no more crap from them..ha ha almost lost myself on that one
seriously though they may be the 2nd best behind the Mustangs, but even bringing every Viper to Belgrade will not stop the "Kurshner" and his defense from rolling these new look Vipers.
Snow Devils have money to travel, that's all I heard (listened to) on the podcast from them

Snow Angels 17 Vipers 14

P.S. The Podcast is going great (except when your owners don't show to their interviews) Kurt and Jess you rock. Funniest thing ever was the "crapping of 10 pounds of Marbles"
The team guide was great good job Mike and Jesus
Good luck to all teams playing this week and don't be offended I don't even believe the crap I just typed

I don't know about you old chaps...but I find it refreshingly entertaining to stroll into another state to play another team...the excitement of spending time checking out the scenery (Women) builds my confidents substantially...Road games is never hard to teams who are ready for it and who can seize the moment...to some, the idea of beating a team in front of their families is intoxicating...And to others, time away from the wife and kids or stress, is more than enough to grease the gears and fuel the fire..."Think happy thoughts"

Great write up Trevor Phillips enterprises, lots of great insight.. I hope some of the scores are not as lopsided as you are indicating, because those games are never fun to watch or play in, but if they are we will start to see the AA rankings take shape.

Excited for kickoff weekend. Good luck to all teams competing and safe travels..

God Bless

I know that Conetah wasnt around when he first took over he had a lot of stuff going on but we understood. But for real all the guys we have are returning guys from last year give or take 7-8 guys, everyone that left either left because of age or because of work. I can think of maybe one guy that left because Lee left. We are returning our qb all of our wr's rb's, 4 of the 5 oline from last year and then 6-7 defense from last year so i think we are gonna be just fine this year. We look forward to traveling to Elko and hope to play well enough to return home with a win, Elko has some new guys that will make them competitive this year I for one am excited they finally have a qb that people have to think about. Good luck to the AA cause quite frankly i dont give an ef about the AAA until we get there.

Well I'm glad we were able to keep it closer than you guys predicted losing in the final seconds of the game.   Mustangs do have a sweet logo though.   Hopefully people see this isn't the same lancers as last year.  We're just trying to compete. Good luck stay healthy!!!

Lancers are a much better team than last season. You guys now rank in my top four for the power polls. I was really surprised by the amount of talent that y'all brought to the game. Well done, and I think we will be seeing each other again at the end of the season.

Oh... the teams outside Idaho know him (Clay) and not a good way. Doesn't surprise me 1 bit the he is Always MIA. He back doored his way in the league and i guarantee that if he would have applied for a team at the meeting it would have been a unanimous decision.......NO

The lancers are here to play football. Past issues don't matter to us. Clay has done a great job so far in this transaction of changing owners. We have a issue with our stats but that should be fixed next week.
