Here are my predictions for this week (I can’t promise you every week, but I will try for the remainder of the season):
Phoenix (4-1) @ Blaze (6-0):(Game of the week Part 1) This is going to be a great game and I wish I could get up to Darby to watch it.The Blaze handed the Phoenix its only loss, shutout and failure of the season thus far.Since then, the Phoenix has tallied up no less than 28 points per game with two games over 40.With losing their star QB to the Blaze during the off season and then losing the first game of the season to said team, I see a big chip on the shoulder of the traveling Phoenix. The Blaze, however, are averaging 45.2 points a game and only giving up 4.3 points. With numbers like that, it doesn’t take a math genius to figure out who is favored in this game.I don’t think the Blaze will pitch the second shutout as they haven’t really been tested yet this season and I see a game that comes down to the fourth quarter and an upset.Final Blaze 28, Phoenix 30
Bearcats (0-5) @ Snowdevils (1-5): I really want to see the Bearcats win this game because they are a team that will hit until the last play, a group of good guys who love to play the game. The Snowdevils (who I admit to not knowing anything about) seem to be the better team. This should be a pretty dry game full of defense more than anything with an outcome that is very close to their first meeting.Final Bearcats 7, Snowdevils 10
Vipers (1-4) @ Warriors (0-6): The Warriors have struggled so far in their first year, but their time may have come. This is a team that has only scored 18 points over the season and given up 187.With that being said, they also put up their 18 points in one game (which was at home) while giving up 22 to a superior team. This was by far their best game.If you mix that with the fact that they only lost by 2 TDs in the first meeting against the Vipers and that this is a home game for them, I see the Warriors coming away with their first and only victory of the year.Final Warriors 21, Vipers 17
Stampede (4-1) @ Cobras (4-2): (Game of the Week Part II) Here is another game I would love to see. This is basically a playoff game to determine the real playoffs. If the Stampede loses, they are all but eliminated from the playoffs. If they win, they are looking for a 3 way tie to get in.The Cobras are playing for the sole #2 spot to play for a possible #1 seed the following week.Last time, this game was decided by 3 points.I foresee a similar game this time as well. One thing I know is that it is incredibly hard to beat a good team twice in the same season.Final Stampede 21, Cobras 25
Love the Warriors Vipers prediction mostly cause I agree with it as long as they get the 50+ they had against the Cobras. Keep the Vipers to 14-17 and I think that the Warriors will win.
30-28 Missoula? What a joke the blaze should of scored 40 plus points on Missoula the first game they left 3 touchdowns in the redzone. The blaze are a better team then the first game look for another blowout
I'm pretty sure the Phoenix are a better team than the last time, too. Isn't that what football is all about? It very well could be a blowout. These are predictions, not facts.
Blaze win against Pheonix.......I don't know nothing about this team except for the Blaze is one hell of a team..
Bearcats (0-4-1) Snow Devils (1-4-1)...
Vipers vs Warriors in ELKO!!! SILLY RABBITS, tricks are for kids....Vipers better travel well to ELKO!!
ELKO comes away with a win against the VIPERS. (Please don't get offended, i like to go with the underdogs)....
Logan @ Utah Cobras.....Im going for the Cobras here, lets look for the Cobras to fire on all cylinders. Cobras need a win this week and next week to take 1st place in Utah...Logan is also looking to solidify a spot in the playoff race for Utah's division.
30-28 Missoula? What a joke the blaze should of scored 40 plus points on Missoula the first game they left 3 touchdowns in the redzone. The blaze are a better team then the first game look for another blowout
