I used to have an app on my phone that I could group message Groups that I had set up on my phone. but I got a new phone and can no longer use that app.
what apps do you guys use to communicate to your players?
SMS message? Text? Mail? Phone? Those are the apps I use but if your phone doesn't have them..... You might be Zack Morris.

Your easiest way is to delegate. Divide your team into five or six groups. Assign a leader or rep for that group. Then you send a text out to that group of reps and they have the responsibility of informing there group about practices and events. It also takes the pressure off of you and allows the players to become accountable to players for there attendance.
Management manages, but players will respond more to other players than to management. Telling you I was busy is easier than telling the guy in the trenches next to me that I was just to lazy to make practice.
