From what the Vipers put on their page last night is.. Saturday starts at 11am location is Sandridge Park ( Just north of Roy High) 4400 S 2100 W Roy, Utah. Each team will play all the teams and it will be 15 mins for offense and then 15 mins for defense
As a fan it was fun seeing all those teams playing each other. I was very impressed by some of those teams. And some of them need a lot of work, but sure was fun to watch some football.
I dont speak for "knowledge" but i did play on saturday. I think the most impressive teams i would say would be the rev and the vipers(biased but not). The reasoning, the rev came out and put it on every team there, although i thought they would be a lot better being one of the better teams in AAA but they still dominated. As far as the vipers, we have had a lot of bad years in AA and i felt like we came out and played just as well as any team at the jamboree. The teams that need work, the mud ducks and stampede. The reasoning, mud ducks should be in AA not AAA. They just did not look like a good team. They had good moments and some good plays on saturday but overall looked like the worse team there. And the stampede, you can tell they took a year off and as far as needing work, they really just need to rebuild their chemistry and they will be hard to beat in AAA this year. And this is all just my opinion, im sure everyone else there came away with a different view.
And the utah unique are a 9 man team and they are trying to join the rmfl. They had a couple good skilled guys but they lacked depth and their line was really bad and small. (Sounds like i just described most AA teams) but they would be a good addition to the rmfl and to have another AA utah team since we only have two now.
Yup the ducks need to be AA, like the Vipers looked as good as the rev.... All teams need work as this was the first time all of the teams went against other teams besides themselves. There are 16 teams in AAA and to think that the ducks cant compete with some of the 15 is simply retarded.. Season is long and everyone has spots to fill. Everything will start to play out April 5th... But i wont know much being on the sidelines for 2 games. Good luck to All 16 teams

Like i said, just my opinion. I do think the vipers looked as good as the rev, talent wise we are there but like "nighthawk" said, most of the guys cant control their tempers. And you're right all the teams need work.
I think the Vipers have alot better talent on thier team this year this year then they have in years passed, and could give teams a run for their money in AA. Looking as good as the REV I dont think so. I played in the Jamboree on saturday and had no problem walking throught the vipers line at will. I wish all the teams the best of luck this season.
Well i played on the line and never saw you so idk who you were going against. I had no prpblem blocking your d end and linebackers. And i think our skill positions are about the same as yours and i think our defense is better minus the d line. But our o line does need some work still. Overall ill stand by my word and say that talent wise i think we are just as good as you guys.
The jamboree cant be used as a measuring stick for any teams that were out there this past weekend. I guarantee not one team supported a full roster on Saturday. Saturday was a great way to get a decent look against a different colored jersey, not to decide who the top team in the league is.
Vipers as good as the Rev........really? Please try running a wishbone offense against AAA defenses for an entire season and then let's talk about it again.
Defense is Better please, I was killing your left side all those sacks on your QB and backs yeah that was me watch the game film you will see what I mean. Skill positions being the same again no , better then they have been.... yes. Now I will say we saw some areas we need to work on. Talent wise you have better players then in years passed, but as good as us no, but i'm biased. Now that being said I will agree that i saw some players on your Defense in certain position that on that day were looking better then ours. Move up to AAA and contend and then you can try to compare apples to apples.
I played left tackle and i promise you, you didnt do anything against me. Ive watched film, maybe against our gaurd but not me. And your d line is better than ours yes. But i still think our backers and secondary are better than yours. I want us to move up to AAA but thats not my choice. I hate playing against guys in AA trust me. And these are all just my opinions, you do have the upper hand since you are in AAA and you guys compete for a championship every year. Im not saying we could beat you guys, i just think our talent level is up there. We are far from competing for any championship until we can actually not implode on our own sidelines.
And I agree that your talent level is better then in past years and better then the Ducks, LBs better then Levine Tupe I dont think so but hey what do I know. And yes I did just what I needed to against you and that was make a wall and force your runner out side where he was sacked for a loss job done. Now I will say I hope Rex makes the move next year and you guys do come up I think it would be good for your team as a whole and give you guys the chance to prove yourselves against the top tier AAA teams. And like I have been saying you team added some much better talent then in years past.
No im saying i dont think we ever went against each other, not talkin **** i just went up against that little short guy the whole time. And yeah that one lb you have is a beast but im talking as a whole group. The guy with the blaze jersey was really bad. That little numer 7 on offense was probably one of the best athletes on the field though. Dont we gotta win the championship to move up? So unless we do that then we are gonna be stuck in AA.
Just curious Viper54 if you guys beat everyone but the Rev why dont you play in AAA. You can make excuses that it wasnt your call all day, but it looks like a chicken move to me. You have the size, speed, and depth. Looks like youre taking the easy way out and playing AA. If you wanted to play AAA you had every opportunity possible just like the Stampede,Sting,Cobras ect.
You are asking the wrong person. Like i said i would love to play AAA but its not my decesion. I am not the one who goes to the board meetings and makes all the team decesions. You can sit here and say its a chicken move all you want but at the end of the day im just a player.
I dont think rex is scared to go to AAA. And we have a completely different team then we had last year. We have added so many different players. And im sure thats the case with most teams but last year was last year. Im not gonna sit and say we could hold our own against a AAA schedule because i dont know.
I think the Vipers have done well in recent years of adding talented players to the squad. Just gotta keep them and put it all together! Best of luck for sure...

I've come to realize that I don't like Rev hugs... they're painful and embarrassing. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that your hugs aren't even hugs at all. They're VERY rude and aggressive.

Hey BigD 99, If I am not mistaken a vast majority of the Vipers old roster now resides with the Utah Shock, and we have seen what our team has done in the seasons past (no playoff comments necessary haha)? With that being said...I might disagree with your comment about their team being better this year then in seasons past... #seewhatididthere? With that also being said, if they are better then seasons past, we will see them in AAA next year and that will be fun!! ;)

Yeah the Ducks and Logan should not play AAA. It is going to be a long year for the Ducks. The Vipers are where they need to be playing at. AA will be perfect for them. If they keep improving they will have a shot in AA. The REV was the best team their. But they do need help if they have any shot at winning this AAA title.
