SHOCK GAME

OK I am just going to say it..... What happened to the Shock team we all know and love? How can you let a punt get taken over by the punt team and just stand there?( play till the whistle blows) Or try to tackle by bumping your opponent? that's why its called tackle football boys. Stupid mistakes help you lose another one. And whats up with O line? the QB is always getting flushed out of the pocket sacked and rushed on passes which in turn end up over thrown or go right through Hoops hands... It doesn't have to be this way boys, YOUR PUTTING UP THE POINTS but gotta stop stupid mistakes and make more stops on defense losing by one score every game shouldn't of happened ever your to good of a team..

Flustered Shock fan...

Mistakes are the key! The players are really trying hard to correct those. Sorry to fluster you. Hopefully we can do better next week. Appreciate you being a fan though.

To be honest, the shock are still in the top 4 teams in the league ... They have been in every game.. They could be 4-0 easily .. Believe they win out and try to make a run at it all .... Injuries or not, they still the shock so don't get caught slipping ... Much respect to them boys, hard fought game.. I see you Hoops and Matt keep doing what you do.. One Love

Your not much of a fan if don't see the hard work the Shocks still put in with all the injuries...without healthy fresh guys to rotate in and out..you sometimes come up short...like you said...they lost every game by one score so far...and that without a full healthy squad against top teams...cut them some.slack...this is a down year for them every team.have down years...look at the Stealth last year...

Wager is playing just fine. I don't think blame can be placed soley on him. The kid can play.

Was it just me, or did it seem like the Shock had like 10 morr guys in the second half? Maybe they need to just make sure veryone knows what time the game is at.

With JK back running the offence...I see big things happening for Shocks...I've always said that the Shocks will come back shock the hell.out.of people...this move might just be their ticket...although Wager has played good...I think he needs more time with the team in order to be the next JK...

I agree w/ you Garrett, Wager is doing a great job! Nor am I trying to push blame, but when you have an athlete/competitor awarded w/ multiple mvp's is it really a conversation? I'm not saying the guy should come out of retirement, I mean JK still  occupies the roster & participates.Excuse me for bringing up the elephant in the room, but if the Shock want any flicker of salvaging this season JK at QB is the only way. Again, no offense to Wager or anyone w/in that organization, but all the stats in the World don't neccassarily correlate to W's. JK is a proven winner whose only emphasis is on the W. Good, bad or ugly that's what seperates him from the pack; thus creating the synergy and winning culture the Shock have become accustom to. It's a simple decison.Egos and pride should be put aside for the bigger picture.

I don't even think JK was there for the full game against us. Wager is a great QB. Strong arm, excellent foot work. Most of y'all are forgetting that this is his first year in AAA.

What did y'all expect?

I am going to throw it out there the only way I know how. JW is NOT JK. Those shoes are being filled by....JK. JK wanted to play elsewhere on the field and had the opportunity present itself when JW arrived.

People also have to understand a couple things going on right now. We literally have 3/4 our roster banged up bad or done for the season. The guys that showed at half were initially not going to make the game...they went out of there way and left their previous plans to give us a fighting chance. MUCH LOVE TO ALL THAT SUITED UP. The injuries we have had, the games going down the wire 3 of our last 4 games, has taken a huge toll physically and most of all mentally. Mentally on our new guys, especially JW who has played really really well for what he has had to step into with the SHOCK boys heres. On that note. We just gotta come together, 1 damn game at a time and finish this season out and see how the card align for us. I'm not going to say I HOPE WE WIN to GET IN' What I am going to say is.... "I hope you all HOPE we don't make back in by some odd way".... cause then the real fun begins.

Well said Kicker 13, I must agree with some the kid has played pretty good, and in no fashion should he be blamed for anything but keeping the shock in games. Yes there are a lot of injuries but the shock still has enough talent to play with any team in the league. The biggest problem is that the shock has not put a complete game together a finished a team off . Stick in there young fellas, I see big things happening the second half of this season. Oh yea big shout out to 5-0 Rebels.

Its hard to disagree with this.  I mean, if you pin the ball at an opponents 10 yd line, even with a misread fielding of the ball, last thing you expect is a complete breakdown in coverage (to the point of 7 guys missing his shaky a** Simoultaneously, me included) and a 90 yd return pretty much untouched.

Touchè to Bryant, but still.... its tough to disagree with this NOT summing up every single game for us.

All we can do from now, is what we been doing...except FINISH THE GAME!
