If you are on this list, let your GMs know whether or not you can play. If you are a GM, please contact the players listed and confirm if they will play. We will wait to see what happens this weekend, and will start by drafting alternates from those teams.

I was told I was selected and I would like to play- Aj Hunter Mini Cassia Diggers. Or do I need to tell Miguel. I think all of our guys will want to play since we should be there already.
This whole season has been a joke.
Weren't all star selections based on the team records?
probably a reason nobody calls the "helmet nation" call line
Because everyone knows there is no point. Even for free antler juice, no calls....shoot I never got my "gift"for calling last year.
Podcast used to call the teams, owners and coaches. There were players of the week and it actually seemed like it mattered and the hosts cared.
Honestly it sounds like the hosts have checked out, I heard Jess was retiring?? Coincidental?
Sometimes this season it seemed they didn't even have the proper notes (if any) on the games they were talking about
I used to always stand for the league, telling other owners to do whats best for the RMFL first and foremost, then worry about your team but honestly whats the point, rules are broken and punishments are selectively handed out. Certain teams favored over others by management. Fines that magically aren't on the books. Don't even ask about the website cause it won't matter.
I hope the owners money isn't be wasted or paid to people who don't care........
But whatever, I know my opinion doesn't matter, I'm AA and apparently I need to know my place.
See you all at Weber

Brace, after multiple calls, emails and texts, we never received any nominees from your GM. We tried. We really did.
And Ryan, your mini helmet still has your name on it. I told you I would have it for you at the all star game last year and you didn't come to it.
I'll be the first to tell you the podcast lacked this year. We've already started looking into the call in issues. Good thing none of the league fees go to the podcast.
And as always said by Brad or me, we welcome the ideas and would love to have people come on to take our spots. It's a really short line when the rubber actually hits the road though.
I knew you would throw our GM under the bus like that. It's always the GM. I would have done it differently, not saying it would be right, but I would sure as hell would make sure everyone of my teams had the option of representation in a "showcase" game.
It's cool, boys. Enjoy the big show at Weber!! If you need a kicker, invite Nick Fuls. He is responsible for our sole win this year on a kick and one of the most under rated Defensive players in this league.
We have teams that forfeited that get to represent but top teams get none or one? I get the Liions and Rev should be in the championship, but aren't their players worth being nominated, what if they lose?
Wasn't the point of having the AA championship before the all star game was to get more players from AA to play. Yet only 9 AA players are picked, and only 1 player off the top team.
Makes sense now why AA should pay a higher league fee.

How about all them outlaws making it, must be the best team in the AA, oh wait!? How about Ely, and myself. How about James Carter, or the four diggers in the top 10 in receiving. Or Aaron Allen, dominating the secondary. One player from the diggers, 3 from the outlaws, I think two the warriors?!?!? Wow, we may be AA, but no recognition at all? That is weak, but don't mind me. I'm just bitter. I must of not earned it over the two winless guardians that forfeited....right?
Bitter much? geez.... We are talking about an all-star game where the last 2 years there have been a combined 55 ish people there. I am sure Jess and or Brad will be recruiting a ton more people as the week goes on when the people drafted let them know they won't be there.
You are right Brace. But is the truth really throwing someone under the bus?
And Nighthawk is right too. We will be filling is spots as people decline. AJ and Ely are on the top of the list. James Carter wasn't nominated by his team.
And Ryan. The favoritism and people that don't care comments are interesting. I will just leave it at that.
If I didn't want to be in the all star game, why would I play. I'm just competitive, all in all I'll support my teammate that did make it and we will see what happens.
I'm just a little bitter for my four first year receivers, one who has never played football before. Angel anguiano, Carson hawker especially. First year players, but once again I will support our allstar in Bill who is a football stud. Also, I don't see favoritism, I just don't think people had a chance to watch much Aa, so I understand.
All i can say is thanks for picking me jess. People get so upset because they didn't get picked but yet there are a ton of players to pick from. I say you guys did a good job even if you wouldn't have pick me. It was fun listening to you guys do the draft.

I will say Jess and I did the adult thing and spoke on the phone and he did alleviate some of my concerns.
We all can complain all day but we do need the owners/GM's to hold each other accountable and if rules need changed we need to do it the proper way and change them. I still stand by what I said tho.
Also James Carter was not selected by me to represent us because he is going to Marine corp boot camp on Monday and won't be available anymore. (He will be missed)
Good luck to everyone tomorrow, ultimately thats all that matters, is the game.

Ryan, how dare you do the adult thing...this is the RMFL!
We have tried so many ways to make the All Star game better. The hardest part is having guys selected that choose not to come and then having other guys not selected that think they've been robbed. Having the All Star game the same day as the Championship games makes it harder for those teams playing (i.e. Warriors, Diggers, Lions, REV); but you guys are playing in a Championship game! AA or not, you're in the 'Ship. Although I'm bias, I've still got my AA Championship trophy sitting in my den. Pathetic? Maybe. But it was and still is a big deal to me. I worked hard for that acheivement. I guess I would just think the All Star game would fall a distant second; let it be for those teams (and players) who don't have the opportunity to play in the 'Ship.
This year, we tried hard to make the game more competitive. The jerseys will be nicer. The field will be (arguably) the best any team in the RMFL has EVER played on. The winning team gets to keep their jerseys. And, I'm sure we will still have a lot of players choose not to show up. We're trying new things. We're doing the best we can. If you're a player in the RMFL and you have the chance to suit up on Saturday in a college stadium (whether for a Championship game or All Star or Bowl Game), enjoy it. These days don't come around all that often.
