So, I'm bored. I thought I'd just see if we can get a bit of discussion going.
Okay, so from what I can tell, there seems to be a lot of rumors going around about teams dropping off. I am just going off of hear-say, so maybe someone can get on here and debunk all these rumors..
Stampede - last season was their last season again, right? So they are gone
Stealth - They need help from the Dream. If they can't merge with those guys, are they out? If they are out, where do their players all go?
Anarchy - Forfeit a game last season, good luck getting voted back into the league. Maybe the lack of numbers will get you voted back into the league
Bulldawgs - Gone to the ICFL
Snowdevils - Owners moved to Utah. Are they still willing to keep the team going remotely?
Matadors - Gone to the ICFL
Guardians - Same as the Anarchy. But at the same time, do we really want to vote a team in that has ONE franchise win in 4 seasons??? Which then begs the question, if they aren't voted back in, do we want to vote in the Outlaws, who could only beat the Guardians last season?
Hmmm... So if we assume all the rumors are true, (which we all know rumors in the RMFL are never that reliable) then we have a 13 team RMFL next season. That is assuming we vote in the Outlaws. So if we only have a 12 or 13 team league (assuming no new teams apply and get voted in) do we go all one league? Or do we do a 6 team AA and a 6 or 7 team AAA?
Food for thought.

For what it's worth, I'm in the process of reaching out to all of these teams. Bulldawgs & Matadors are definitely playing in the ICFL in 2016 and we wish them luck. While we hate to see teams go, the ICFL is a good league and geographically makes sense for those two teams.
We have had quite a bit of interest from new teams for the 2016 season and I will be making some of those known soon. While the RMFL will definitely have a different look in 2016 (losing some familiar teams, adding some new ones); the mission is still the same.
