Week 5 Rankings

With four full weeks of football completed, the real “contenders” are starting to separate themselves from the rest.

1- Shock 3-0

A QB with a 140+ rating, a defense giving up fewer points/game than any other team equate to holding onto the #1 spot.  Possible big test this week against a limping Spartans squad…

2- Stealth 2-1

What a way to bounce back to the #2 spot.  After a humbling loss to the Shock, the Stealth came out and absolutely throttled the previous #2 team last week.  Another HUGE game coming up as they face off vs the Revolution.

3- Rebels 3-1

Took care of business on the road…again…seem to have found their offense and with the return of Irving could vault up to the top spot shortly.

4-Revolution 2-1

Things seem to be clicking for the Revobears.  Their offense has been improving each week and their defense is starting to find its mojo.  HUGE showdown vs the Stealth this week and a chance to move up in the rankings.

5- Spartans 3-1

This week will determine if last weeks blowout loss to the Stealth was a stumble, or a fall…with the injuries being reported by the Spartans it will be tough going for the rest of the season.

6- Stampede 2-2

Even with a loss the Stampede have all but clinched a playoff spot as they’ve beaten 2 of the 3 teams bellow them…with the return of Jenkins, their offense may start producing and help them jump up a few spots…

7- Bulldawgs 0-3

No reason to move them up or down…big chance this week to secure their first victory of 2012…

8- Mudducks 0-4

Another big loss and now they have to travel to Dixie to take on a surging Rebels club.  I said it before, Mudducks next chance at a win won’t come until June 2nd…and even that game will be no guarantee.

9- Gladiators 0-2

Greats Falls has had more points scored against their vaunted defense in two AAA games this season than they did in all of their last two AA seasons combined…

Teams and Games are getting better as the season continues. Should be a great final 4 weeks of the regular season. Great job Follower!
