Who was the most physical?

Idaho AA Division

1) BJ Rhode and Jerry Smith combo

2) A lot of qualifications here Nathan Vis/Colton Sainsbury/Kael Koompin/Crabtree are the ones sticking out right now.

3) Our CB, Mark Olmos, picked off a Tom Bennett streak pass where he was diving at a sprint and caught it over his left shoulder. Sports Science claims that this is the most difficult catch to make, although it may not look like much to a novice fan, but the catch was quite amazing.

I am having a hard time thinking of great plays our opponents made right now.

1. Jovan Lincoln: I didnt realize the hops that that guy had, made some good acrobatic catches.

2. Crabtee: Not used to goin against a guy thats taller than me.....especially that much taller.

3. Matadors LB Dave Wilson's 100 yrd pick 6 that got called back against us.....he intercepted it in the end zone and then trucked over 4 different guys like it was nothin.

1) Id say Jovan Lincoln. He's the only guy this year to score a touchdown on me (he scored 2) and hes a great route runner. Very hard to predict where hes cutting next.

2) Id have to say Tom Dowers. Fool is a beast and flies around the field like his hair is on fire (no pun intended TD :) )

3) I'd have to say when Jerry Smith caught a pass and had to jump about 6 feet in the air to grab it, while the DB ran underneath his legs and completely made him do a flip and he still came down with the ball.

1. Stealth for team. Can't think of a player that stood out.

2. Rebels for team. Player would be Levine Tupe. He knows why.

3. Best play would have to be all the jump balls that Britt Hall catches.

I'm not going to keep it all division like everyone else haha;

1. Player- Jerry Smith-that one handed catch over the middle that you prepared yourself to take that hit=awesome. Team-Stampede as they were a bunch of "who's thats?" that made the playoffs.

2. Player-Shane Thomas #34 Elko was a very physical player and the only LB who continuously tried to truck me on my routes. Team-Cobras and I know our QB will attest to this.

3. Best play unfortunately has already been talked about recently and it was the kickoff return by the stampede where the muffed kickoff was tossed over the shoulder and Lightening ran around everyone on our team and cost us the game.

1) I think I'm gonna go with the Stampede

2) Trying to stop 8 guys which felt like 15 was a pain so Cobras as most physical

3) First game Thurber breaking up what would have been the game winning touchdown in the final seconds
End of the year last game nonetheless was our QB breaking a bunch of tackles and diving into the end zone to basically seal the win

Most impressive player is JK. Team is the stealth.
Most physical? How about the one that every team sends three guys to block Wayne Alofipo can this be argued? Team the Stampede.

I ROLLED RIGHT OUT THE POCKET. THEN BROKE A TACKLE FOR A SACK AND ROLLED BACK LEFT COMPLETED A 26 YARD PASS TO THE 2 YARD LINE TO RYAN GRAY. WHICH LEAD TO THE GAME WINNING TOUCHDOWN THAT WON THE GAME AND FIRST AAA VICTORY FOR THE GALDIATORS.

OR. GLADIATORS #5 DUNN STRIP AT THE 2 YARD LINE ON A TOUCHDOWN PASS WITH 1:30 TO GO IN THE GAME AGAINST THE MUDDDUCKS. WHICH PUT THE GLADIATORS IN THE PLAYOFFS CUZ OF A TV FORFIET.

1. TJ Acree and his return skills ....amazing

2. A lot of physical players on the Mustangs...but the single biggest hit I saw was Greg Hillary and a block he had during a preseason game...

Your a douche Jack. Find me a play where the player gets lit up thats looking at the guy. Its always on a kick off or Int or just a player going over the middle that isint looking. If you can read the title just asked for a hard hit and I showed one. It didnt say it had to be where each player went head up and had to weigh the same. (because when your out on the field playing you usually look at the guy and make sure he isint smaller than you or looking before you hit im thats how football is played )

OUCH!!! That stung a bit. Find you a PLAY??? You can't be serious? There are plays every week where players go head up and lay hat. Or atleast they see the guy coming.

My hit the guy wasn't looking either......but he did at least double me in size. Easily the best hit I've ever laid on somebody playing in pads in my life. Its all a part of the game and its nice to be the hammer and not the nail once in a while!
