To the person who took the time, because he despises me so much; to sign on here using an alias bearing my name. I'm flatterd. That I'm on your mind to the point of obsevisseness, for you to go to such lengths. You're a coward. But an intriguing coward. I have a pretty good idea who you are, because this isn't the first time you've taken cheap shots at me. And when I run into you, don't worry, don't be scared, because of the coward you are. I will treat you with kindness and humility. Now let this "misinformed person" set you straight. First of all, it is not hearsay when you get your information directly from a person who would have the correct information. I mentioned earlier that I had spoken with the Athletic Director of Nampa Christian Schools. Or did you miss that? I know the AD personally because I dealt with her when the Matadors played there. She told me that she figured that Jerry Smith would want to play there because he is a coach there and he could play there for free. Her words, not mine. Or did you miss that too? Please explain to me, and everyone reading this, how that is hearsay? It appears to me that you are the one that is misinformed, or you're just stupid. Or both. And you're a coward. Man you are in a world of hurt. How do you look at yourself in the mirror. Is it possible that something changed after I had that conversation? Sure. I just applied the information that I had from the person at that time, who would make that decison that led to my statement. And now regarding your statement that I was insinuating that players or teams are dodging going to AAA. I have NEVER made such a statement. What I did say was that when Brian S. and Dane Knickrehm and few of the other players not being allowed to play with the Generals, and appeared to be angry at and taking it out on the GM's of the league for not allowing this to happen. I suggested that they should foucus their ire at the person who could of worked a deal that would allowed all of them to stay with the team. That would of meant going to AAA. And I have said that I thought the Generals had the talent to go AAA at that time, but I never said anything about anyone dodging the move up. I've talked to Jerry about this and I know his reason for not moving up was based mostly on logistics. So Mr. Bennett Blows,I didn't say it nor insinuate it. Get your facts straight. Oh,and I'm not done with you yet. You state that the Matadors have done this ( dodging AAA move) for years, and you suggest that because I was at "the helm", you INSINUATE that I am responsble for that. So again, let me inform the misinformed. The last year That I was ageneral manager with the Matadors was 2008. We made it to the AA championship that year. We, as YOU well know, merged with the Boise Speed to become the Treasure Valley Spartans, and eagerly made the move to AAA. I relinquished my duties as GM at that time because I wanted to focus on my last years as a player( which I feel was a good decision). That union didn't work out, and the Matadors were reestablished in 2010, and I continued to NOT be a part of Matador management or coaching staff. And that went for 2011 and 2012 as well. So I was not privy to any decision making of the Matadors. Jesus and I would occasionally discuss the issue, but ultimately the decision was all his. You know it's funny. I had decided that I would not get on this board like I used to, and when I did, I had decided that if I did have a comment to make, that I would do it as respectfully as possible. But then this individual just has to go and mess all that up. Anonymously, using my name. What a class act. I've made a clear argument that you are wrong on all counts here. So why don't you just go crawl back into that hole you came out of. That's what cowards do best.
