Recleaguefan100, every organization has a less than desirable element. I'm not saying that the people in question in the article belong to that element because I don't know the whole story or any developments since January. I'm sure the team's ownership will do/has done what is right to continue reflecting well upon the Phoenix and on the RMFL.

I'm sure Michael Burks has considerd the circumstances and is taking what he feels is appropriate action. Regardless of the outcome, my thoughts are with the clerk and I hope he is recovering well.

I know that Andrew Badger has since been acquitted of these allegations, I'm not sure about Parks.

Maybe as a League it would be a good thing as a whole to donate some money to the Victim for his recovery ...
