For now I suppose we will have to sit and digest the greatness of the AA and the tightness of the All RMFL Gladiators new O and D….hmm or choose to ignore this wonderful board and all of its glory thereby enriching our lives further….or we can substitute until Follower gets back from Cocamo…..by the way where is Mr. Deserved??? Were you not taking over??? If so could you post your picks slightly earlier in the week thereby allowing us small minions to banter over our greatness? Rebels @ Mudd Ducks
The Rebels? Who are the Rebels now I hear so many rumors floating about the team from the south. This is one team I know little about are their stars going to show on the field this year or just on those silver helmets. Question A will Fields show up? If not we may of seen the luster of the Rebels star fade…with little or no Offense (I see RETIRE on a particularly potent offensive threats roster spot…joke?) can the dominate Wayne Alofipo win the game on his own with his defense of helmet cracking mercanaries??? Many questions few answers here….The Rebels do return Sione Tapuosi, he will run you over but can he carry a offense with no other threats?
The Mudd Ducks…I have good feelings about the Ducks this year after all how many times can you almost win every game….this is going to be a breakthrough year for the Ducks. New coach Tyler Garcia is a heady vet who knows how to scheme and understands the RMFL’s inner workings I believe he will be the difference to get the Ducks over the top. I was able to watch a grainy bit of youtube film on the Ducks this year (thank you very much).. they look good, and they look fast. They return a great passing game with potent receivers. Their D looks to be solid with Rozy and the Duttons returning to anchor it down they should be able to keep the score down and give that speedy offense a chance.
A difficult game to call as little to nothing is known of the Rebels what would the point swing be if the “Stars” all show up??? A good question for the now sitting in his recliner follower??? I believe this one will be tight but who knows? Ill call it Rebels 20 Ducks 21……unless the stars align…
THE GAME
Stealth @ Revolution
The Stealth are scary, Im quite sure that you cant create a larger, more intimidating team for our tiny league (I mean besides the tight Gladiators). The whole front 7 returns? These guys are dominating I thoroughly this is one defense that can win games on their own. Justin Walker, Jason Hermansen, Nephi Penrosa, Foti Vaenuku, Nate Underwood and Pate Moleni… need I say more? Yes I do, MVP Harold no more need for a last name for you sir you have now become one of the few athletes to ever be known by one name...
The offense is adequate behind a massive o line Ik Ubani can chip valuable seconds off the clock squishing the opponents hopes of crossing the fifty.
The Revolution always a great team, how many title games have they played in? This used to be Charles and Goldens team then the great merger happened now it’s the Solo and his band of merry mens team…sorry CharlieI know you wrote a book on the skills to play the game but you lose the team to the Bears I mean I don’t know what I mean what I know is this team wins if its bend but don’t break defense doesn’t break it is getting up there in age after all and with age comes brittleness.
The offense will continue to produce with Charles and All Everything man Ryan Lang stretching the field and Orlando Poloa pounding away the Revs offense should be able to do enough to stay ahead of most teams….But not this week Stealth 42 Rev 21

Rebels @ Mudd Ducks
I wont write long but I feel fields will show up and their D who is always nasty will give the Ducks qb (whoever that is on the field) a lot of trouble and wont be able to get anything solid to start. The Rebels are known for their run game and the Ducks D had trouble with a lot of teams run game... #1 Run attack vs #5 Run defense.. #5 might not look bad at first but, we only have 5 teams in AAA... So last is not best in this game... Rebels 28 Ducks 6

Stealth @ Rev
This is like the NFL preseason hype of Champion vs Runner up last year.. No doubt the Rev are eager to not only start their season off with a win but also do it against the defending champ. But with the Stealth already having an actual game under their belt and pretty hot over a loss to the PDFL, of all leagues, they will come out firing on all cylinders to prove they still are top dog... It should be close but I see it at 0:00 Stealth 35 Rev 21
Finally Shock @ Some Bar
This is always a good match up.. The Bar usually ends up winning 80% of the time here. But I think with it being an off week and them opening next week vs the Rebels I think the Shock pull an upset with a large tab.. Shock 30+ drinks Some Bar $200 in profit... Rumor has it a few Shock will be at the Rebels vs Mudd Duck game

1.Charlie has been in every ship game but one since he's been in the Rmfl....did it with two sets of defenses...which happens to be the stealth defense
2. I have never been in a championship game in the Rmfl until last year
