Another week in the books and a good one it was!! One thing we can count on this year is there truly are no weeks off. The old saying any given Saturday actually applies this year!! Lets get on with some game previews and bad predictions.
Shock @ Ducks
Lets just say this I don’t think that the Ducks can stop JK. According to my sources the Shock had about 352 yards and 3 touchdowns when he was on the field, and about negative 35.2 yards without him. The Shock got a well-earned victory down South because of a either heroic….or a less than forward thinking comeback from their hero….regardless of the kind of comeback a victory nonetheless. The shocks defense kept the Rebels off the board even though the Rebels seem to have moved the ball well. My Rebels source sights a constant string of costly mistakes. However according to my source within the Shock they handled the Rebels like Tyler in fight club… sorry wont talk about that, it’s the rule. I tend to take the middle road here and say JK dismantled the Rebels while the D did enough to get by, causing havoc when needed and bending but not breaking.
The Ducks seem to of improved and held a prolific offense to a low score, while their own O put up ten more points than last week. They still seem to suffer from that old talk-to-much syndrome, hopefully they can conquer that this week and make things in the AAA even more interesting until they do though I really cant say more, they have the talent now use it!!
I reiterate I don’t think the Ducks can stop the QB….unless he takes a week off due to migranes….in that case the Ducks win. But its not to be, maybe the most exciting part of this game will be the competition between the Ghost and Hooper to see which one can do the least and talk the most???

The Game
Rebels @ Stealth
Is this the clash of the titans or the clash of the used to be’s? Both these teams are hard to figure right now, therefore I hope you don’t mind me doing more of a comparative write-up rather than two reviews . The Stealth seem to be missing a few key cogs in the machine and the Rebels ARE missing some cogs. The question is will the Rebels new cogs step up and will the Stealth have some triumphant returns this week. Questions questions that’s what I’m full of here both teams seem to be rather tight lipped with info, hard to do a decent report when no one wants to talk. Both teams are huge in size but does the phrase big for nothing sound familiar? I do not like what I see out of either teams run game and you would think with mammoth lines you could run the ball! Wissler seems to never age or change he is always going to be a better than average QB but he needs more help on the outside or some bolstering of that run game. Draper seems to be a good QB, but as of yet it seems the Rebels are keeping the reins on him and relying on the run game they have always been dominate with.
The Defenses are in question also where is that NASTY D line from the Stealth? As of the secondary I hear no Harold, but then I see Harold recording stats is this possible? With Harold I doubt nothing but to be absent and still make tackles would be very difficult. The Rebels seem to be out of sync a little on their D, they appear to have the players there and although they gave up 352 yards to the shock or JK?? Whatever… they have held everyone to fewer than 21 points so far. So maybe they are actuially in sync they just dont seem as dominate as years past. They have been able to produce quite a few turnovers this year however they are also giving up an alarming amount of big plays….this is the game to go to this week I hope to attend if time allows, I believe with the Rebels visiting the big boys will come out to play and that will be the difference. Whatever happens I do believe one of these sleeping giants will wake up this week.
Rebels 17 Stealth 21
Good Luckout there this week and stay safe work comes quickly on Monday for most of you!!

21...? Seriously? You guessed they would put up more points on us then they did against the Rebels?...After we just went down and did work in St Geezy? That doesn't make sense. Neither does the statement of us having Negative yards with JK on the sidelines.... pretty sure we did not go backwards. We may not have moved forward as much as we would like, but I don't know many teams in the league who put their 2nd string Qb in, on the road, Against the Rebels, that will put up a mass amount of positive yards/points. Just saying...I think we did "ok".

Yes I did think they would score 21 they have improved each week why not this one? Unless you are saying your defense is far better than the Rebels and Revolutions? I don't know why it wouldn't make sense. As far as the JK deal I may have exaggerated a little but I did watch the Rebels this week and noted the Stealths backup QB moving the ball pretty well, matter of fact he almost won the game....judging by the Rebels sideline I assume they were not missing many players....the fact remains can you win without JK playing super hero..? What if he plays an average to bad game? Seriously though I do appreciate your thoughts and look forward to more. It seems as though our fine board is filled with internet tough guys and slightly less than literate individuals!
