Just bringing this up for discussion but in the constitution and 2013 adaptions, it states:
8) RMFL will require all players to be legally equipped from the waist up. All players must wear shoulder pads, NOT SHELLS, mouthpieces and four-point chinstraps.
So that ref that was on our sideline, HERE YOU F***ING GO. Proof right there like I told you. Oh, and what is the rule for the Field Goal: if it isn't converted, the other team places it on the 20 yard line.
Clarification would be nice 'cause these refs act like they don't know what the **** they're doing and when presented with the constitution/adaptions, they still play by their own rules.

and if there have been any changes made to the rules, they SHOULD and MUST be changed on the RMFL Website.
Y'all refs need to get on the same page.
Also, another rule clarification, if a receiver goes out of bounds, he should not be able to come back into play and receive the ball.. if this is not true, please correct me.
Stephan, if a receiver is forced out (pushed out by the defender) he can come back in and catch the ball with no penalty. If he goes out on his own, it is illegal touching. And FYI, I'm probably the only ref that comes on the board so if you have any questions or concerns, you have my number...
