Yes... They will be under a little of both. Mostly it will be NCAA but they have agreed to allow some of our adaptations ie, down by contact, some celebration. I haven't been involved with this as much this year as last but if there is anything that I am missing, Brad can help answer.
The biggest change will be timing rules--those will be NCAA rules. They are aware of our adaptations and will try very hard to implement them, but there is no guarantee in a down-by-contact situation they'll remember. A lot of these officials have officiated hundreds of college games, and for many of them that's all they officiate. So, they will try hard to remember our exceptions.
One word of caution. I think by and large the RMFL officiating crews are fairly forgiving when it comes to personal fouls, unsportsmanlies, etc. I'm guessing these officials won't be so easy-going, so I would suggest we all keep our attitudes and emotions in check. Any suspensions in these games will be honored by the RMFL whether they are league sanctioned games or exhibition games.
