Mayby i just ain't been around long enough but this AAA/AA bitch fit is ridiculousness....these boys really talkin down i mean they literally go out of their way to stroke them selves.....so the claim is AAA want to play the "better teams", so what are playoffs for?

The blame is not at all on AA. Its on the teams that held the league hostage. Does anyone remember that everything is a vote? We should go back to see who actually voted to let them stay down. Can we get that vote tally from the Stampede and the Gladiators? Also, we have to look at the 5 AAA teams that have folded. Regardless of what happened, when the Stampede didnt go up, 2 AA teams did. Not just one but 2. So in reality, AAA gained a team that year. The AAA has lost the Renegades, the Cowboys, the Spartans, the Bears and the Stampede. There has to be something said for that in all this. The commitment, finances and travel seems to create some problems for teams, which is what AA teams stress about. Im not sure its only the best of the best stuff that gets discussed. The AA system seems to be working. I could be wrong but I dont think we have folded a team since the Wyoming Thunder/Clark Fork Rush. Even teams with losing records return and seem to be here to stay. If the Bears, Spartans and Stampede could have maIntained, there would be an 8 team AAA plus last years winner, the Blaze would make it 9 and none of this would mattsr.

And just too clear it up since you haven't been around long enough, AAA does play the best teams every week, then again in the Playoffs cause there are only 5 of us!!!?
AAA have their own playoffs and championship, AA have their own playoffs and championship.
A few years ago, it was set up that the top two AA teams (The Champions and Runner-up) would move up to AAA at the end of the season and the bottom two AAA teams move down to AA.
It all went downhill when the Logan Stampede (not to sure who they beat in the 'ship), back then before there was a AA and AAA Logan Stampede team, threatened to fold if they had to move up to AAA.
So they were aloud to stay back in AA and a few AA teams, the vikings and bulldawgs, decided to step up to AAA and play. I personally feel that neither of these teams had any business being in the AAA but hey, they showed up to play us AAA teams.
The following year, the Gladiators won the championship and did the same thing the Logan Stampede did and were aloud to stay in AA and the following year they win the AA championship again. This caused a lot of chatter between the AA and AAA because the Gladiators claimed to have the best D in the league.
The following year, they make the jump to AAA and got worked.

However, it wasn't the entire AA who f***ed it up. It was certain teams who made threats and the Managing Board who allowed it. There is alot of blame to be shared for how things went in the past and really, I don't know if blame is the right word. Out of... we'll call it 1200 players... there is a relatively small percentage who b***hes day in. and. day out about why AA shouldn't even be allowed to say "football".
I'm not saying that the AA is as good as AAA (but I'm also not saying that they aren't) and I'm definitely not defending anyone who violated and enabled a deviation from the Constitution... I'm just saying "Is yapping about it all the GD time doing anything productive?"

And the Bears didn't just disappear. Some came to the Rev and some went to the Stealth if i'm not mistaken. so basically, the Stealth took the bears spot.
The Generals were in the league before Spartans folded. The Sting replaced the AA Stampede. The AAA team was a separate entity. Youre still deflecting the blame without realizing AAA has played a huge part in the problem, too. Lets find a way to get things back to how they were without the stupid banter of best of the best. Its old, tired and redundant. Not every player in AAA is the best of the best. Not every player in AA is soft. We ard one league with two divisions. Get over it and lets make the format we have work for as many of us as we can.
This post started as a joke, turned into a poor me I'm picked on cry, then to a senseless argument on who is at fault for the AAA AA issues. How about we be honest? What AA team can beat the top four AAA teams? (Not counting theAAA team in Idaho that the league so generously allowed to stay AA) really none I know that may be offensive...sorry. The thing is it doesn't matter because next year it will be one league, play that way for one year find out who the top half is and split the league in half in 2015. The league will be reset how it should be, then it will be up to the managing board to keep it that way...they may have to tell someone no or stand their ground on rules....the question is can they do that??? Not everything should be put to vote sometimes the boss needs to stand up and say rules are rules...

It is true, and no one is arguing that the AA teams are just as good as the AAA teams. I think people on the AA teams are just tired of hearing about how they suck. AAA teams are better!!! We don't need their players to remind us on every single post. I like the idea of a single league. May the best team win! if that means the AAA teams are gonna dominate the league, GREAT! You don't see the Browns or the Panthers leaving the NFL because they can't do anything.
Like you said, if the league splits again that would be good too. I'm sure that AAA players don't want to play against the Warriors and the Lancers of the league. But the league needs to enforce its regs. If a team wins AA they move up, get humbled, and then move back down.
