In light of the inactivity of this board in recent days I thought it would be humorous to start a running thread for this upcoming college/professional season. It seems as if the activity on here has gone to the wayside with our season so why not bring the competitive banter back?? I figured this would keep our board hot as well as give us players an outlet to rep our college or professional team. Should be fun if it takes off. I would like it to last through the season if we can keep the participation. This is a big boys thread, no hurt feelings here, if you're going to cry if someone gets on you about your team, then take it home to mommy! Let the fun begin!

Rules of the Board (In addition to any RMFL board rules)

1. Rant with a vengeance (in other words bring it) 

2. Show your team the love (even if you're a Michigan fan) disbelief

3. Keep it clean and competitive 

4. Never back down

As long as they put up a better game than ND did. That was a waste. ND looked lost and out classed from the opening kickoff. The Big Ten should be tougher this year. Michigan and Ohio State have both had some impressive recruiting classes as of late.

No doubt. We are building another one again this year. The crazy thing if we wouldn't have been banned last year I believe we would have been playing ND in the championship. I believe we would have beat them.

I expect nig things out of braxton miller and osu. any word on their suspended runningback....i think he is the key to your nc run or if yall are headed to another rosebowl. any predictions for the georgia vs. clemson game, utah vs. utah state, and boise state vs. washington.....all pretty big games to start out opening weekend in college football and for utah and idaho two of these games are gonna hit close to home.

 Carlos Hyde was only suspended 3 games, and has to complete other things for the coaching staff before he can play. He is practicing though. I think the UGA vs Clemson game is the most intriguing here. I would go for Clemson just because I hate the SEC, but they have a solid offense with a TON of play makers and I could see them pulling off the 'upset'. If the Clemson defense holds up throughout the year I could see them finishing in the top 10 if not 5. 

I like Utah St. against Utah as long as Keeton can ball out. But Utah's receiving corps is nice! But Utah probably wins at home. I want to see their run game though.

I like Washington at home against Boise St.

My boys are playing Utah. That's right, those Aggies are the best team in the state right now fellas. :) Unfortunately, that's not saying much but it's better than its been in years past so we've gotta tout it while we can.

 Too bad Keeton can't play defense too. Aggie defense letting their team down tonight.

 I'm a big TEXAS fan, Austin being my home town and all, but I agree with you. It is a great program but the past couple years have been sub-par. You could argue that they were re-building years, new QB and all, but Texas fans expect a smooth transition between star players, Mac Brown is definitely in the hot seat right now to prove that he still can produce good teams. Especially after passing over RGIII and Johnny Football.

As far as passing on them Texas wouldn't let them play qb both were recruited to play cornerback that's why they went elsewhere so even if they signed they wouldn't have been who we know them as today

Watching A&M over Tx is a sin....but that ish was embarrassing mack def on the hot seat that's why he fired the dc need some major adjustments around that camp, they look like just a bunch of athletes but no team. hats off to BYU they came to play. As for the excuse of rebuilding Mack has been there too long for that, it should be reload and keep it moving.....smh, cant wait til our season starts
