Stealth @ Blaze  -  This game I am most interested in being that I think it could go either way at the flip of a coin or bounce of a ball.  If the Stealth travel well and have strength in numbers then they may steal one away from the Blaze.  Both teams are just one loss teams and havesomething opersonal on the line to prove.  If the Blaze defense can hold strong I don't see why their offense can't get the job done on the other side. If the Rebels score 30+ they win, if not their season is over.         Stealth 21  Blaze  27

Rebels @ Anarchy  -  This one should not be close.  Of the Rebels can bounce back from not being #1 and focus that energy into title searches they could make waves on the road for the rest of tthe month. It starts here as they show the league why the seeding structure needs a second look.        Rebels 48  Anarchy 12

Ducks @ Stampede  -  The Mudducks had a tough season and an even tougher conference coming from the only division of the AAA to post 4 playoff teams.  This will be a slow knock down drag out fight of a game unless the stampede can get on the board early and for the Ducks to play catch up.  When the dust settles it seems the Stampede will hold strong and send the Ducks leaving Logan disappointed.        Mudducks 16   Stampede 24

Generals @ Dors  -  The Matadors just seem to have a better defense and offense all around.  After loosing to these guys twice already, and only scoring a hand full of touchdowns in the process, I don't see the Generals pulling this one out.  However it may be more of a game than a blowout given the relatively short travel and possibility of the Dors stalling out on O.         Generals 13  Matadors 19

Random Guy,  I like most of your picks, but I think you're wrong with the analysis of the Stealth/Blaze game.  If the Stealth travel well, they will win by 14, if they don't, it could be close.  I think with this being the playoffs the Stealth will travel well, if it was regular season, they may not have.  The Stealth up their game in the playoffs as shown the last two years with Championships.

FYI: the Stealth are a 2 loss team, losing to the Rev and the Rebels in close games they could have won and maybe even should have won.

The Shock almost beat the Blaze with 17 players. The Blaze, although 7-1, had the easiest Strength of Schedule in the entire league. I actually give the Blaze credit for beating the Shock, which I think is probably one of the top 6 teams in the RMFL even though their record doesn't indicate it.

How did the Blaze give up 14 points to the Gladiators?

My Picks:

Stealth 38 - Blaze 24

Rebels 35 - Anarchy 7

Stampede 21 - Ducks 6

Matadors 20 - Generals 14

I think either the Rebels(5) or the Stealth(6) will play in the Championship, maybe both.  The league needs to look at how the playoffs are seeded once the season is over.

I don't see any way that the Rebels lose (sorry Arco, unless you have players that can stop Misi once or twice...) and so whether the Stealth win or lose, the Rev will have a very tough second round game as they PLay the Rebels if Stealth lose and Stealth if they win. Will be a good game either way.

So should we be re-doing the Generals vs Matadors game?

Shock vs Bulldogs

Two teams that both took last place in the respective divisions square off to prove who had a season full of bad breaks and who is actually just what their record says they are.  The Shock come from the second best division in the AAA, although some may argue they're better than Utah South, that's not the debate here.  All of that aside I think the Shock have what it takes in this one as the Bulldogs are just not quite up to snuff for the playoff game against a team that has the best in state competition.  It will be close for most of it, but a few points late will make it look worse than it really was.

Shock 27   Bulldogs 13

Shock plays Ducks and Stampede plays Bulldawgs. Ducks moved up to 4. Shock and Bulldawgs came in at 5 and 6.
