Week 8 Predictions from an Ignorant Guy

Lions @ Sting

This game has big playoff implications for seeding in the Southern Conference. The Lions are looking to keep their perfect record clean, and win an undefeated season.

The Sting are a good team, looking to not have to drive to St. George on June 13th. Even though there is something to be said for home field advantage, I still think the Lions take this one. Their high-powered offense is going to be too much for the Sting.

Lions 35 - Sting 7

Shock @ Stampede

The Shock want a rematch vs the REV in the first round of the playoffs and want to keep their #3 seed for the playoffs. They won't take the Stampede lightly.

The Stampede are coming off a close win over the Mustangs at SASA.  They are looking to carry that momentum over to propel them into the post-season. I think the Shock are playing for more this week, with the Sting nipping at their heels for the #3 spot.

Shock 28 - Stampede 7

Cobras @ Vipers

The Cobras shocked the world with their dominant win over the Stealth. Can that momentum carry over this week to compete with the Vipers?

The Vipers have shown that they are not the AA team of last year. They have been competing really well in AAA this season. I give it to the home team this week. Not because of home field advantage, because they are just the better team.

Cobras 2 - Viper 21

Bulldawgs @ Matadors

The Bulldawgs are looking to keep their #3 seed for the playoffs. With the Anarchy nipping at their heels they can't afford to slip up now.

The Matadors are going through a re-building phase. Good luck guys.

Bulldawgs 21 - Matadors 7

Mustangs @ Anarchy

Co-GOTW

The Anarchy are headed to Mustang country, to host the Mustangs?? What?? The game got moved to Pocatello instead of Blackfoot.

The Mustangs are looking to rebound from the SASA loss to the Stampede. They are looking to make a statement this week, and hold on to their #1 seed in the North.

The Anarchy are trying to take that #3 seed away from the Bulldawgs. They need a win here to do that.

Loco Express @ Snow Devils

Just because of the bad blood here, I will say co-GOTW

The Locos need to win this week to keep their hopes alive to get the #1 seed in the playoffs.

The Snow Devils want to get vengeance from their embarrassing loss to the Locos a few weeks ago. Can the home team pull it off this week?

Loco Express 21 - Snow Devils 20

AA

Outlawz @ Warriors

The Outlawz are trying to get used to the RMFL still, they will be traveling to Nevada to take on the undefeated Warriors. They generally don't travel well, so this on will probably get away from them quickly.

The Warriors are looking to finish undefeated. Can they do it?

Outlawz 7 - Warriors 28

Diggers @ Oilers

The Diggers want to keep their #2 Seed for the playoffs. They need a win this week to hold on to that. Safe travels, don't forget your QB.

The Oilers want that #2 seed in the playoffs so they can host. These guys put a whoopin' on the Outlawz at SASA. Can they show up and do the same at home this week? So far their only wins are against the Guardians and the Outlawz. If they want to be taken seriously this season, they need to have a good game vs to Diggers this week.

Diggers 21 - Oilers 20
