What are the seeding tiebreakers for teams with same record?  I would assume head to head would be the first tiebreaker but not sure.

Head to head then sos. If there is still a tie then it goes to least amount of points given up.

I think you should add record against common opponents before SOS, it is probably a better indication then SOS of the better team. just a suggestion.
